Mandatory compliance programs require credible allegations of fraud must be investigated. The question arises...who is properly qualified to conduct good faith investigations? There is a tremendous need for trained healthcare fraud investigators.  


 A Compliance Fraud Healthcare Investigator (CFHI) has been specially trained in federal and state compliance law. Working closely with a  Compliance Officer, The CFHI works as part of a team to identify potential fraud and to unravel complex medical fraud schemes.  



A Healthcare Risk Investigator is a healthcare risk generalist who may be working for a healthcare attorney, or a risk management team and will be able to investigate areas of injury in the workplace,including both employee and patient injuries.


A Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC) is a specially trained nurse who can apply the law to clinical situations and is able to  analyze a medical legal cases or pre-suit inquires.LNCs are employed in the insurance industry, law firms and legal departments within healthcare settings.  


LNC Educational Center has a policy for all retiurning students to receive a 10% discount for registrating for all new programs.
